This final part of our agreement outlines how we handle returns and refunds. We want you to be completely happy with your padel gear, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right.
In accordance with UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to change your mind and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hi@passion4padel.co.uk Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. We will evaluate the issue straight away to make it right.
To maintain high standards of hygiene and service, certain items cannot be returned:
Note on Sale Items: While we generally do not offer returns on “Final Sale” items, your statutory rights under UK law still apply if the item is found to be faulty.
The most efficient way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund. Once the return is accepted, you can then place a separate, new order for the replacement item. This ensures you get your new gear as quickly as possible
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. We aim to process these within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card providers often take additional time (sometimes 3-5 working days) to post the refund to your account.
